Returns, Restocking Fees, Cancellations, Change Orders, and Refund
Returns
Returns are only accepted for unused items in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Prior to returning an item a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be requested and received from Water Well Motors. Returns on custom orders and items not ordinarily carried in stock may not be accepted, if accepted they will incur a different restocking fee. Please read the restocking fees section for more information. Buyers are responsible for all incoming or outgoing freight

Restocking Fees
Restocking Fees: Stock items accepted for return are subject up to a 25% restocking charge. Non-stock items and custom orders will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking charge. Any cost incurred by the Seller to put returned goods in perfect condition will be charged to the Buyer.
Cancellations or Change Orders
Orders placed and accepted by Seller can be canceled or changed with the Seller's consent and upon payment of restocking charges and terms that will indemnify Seller against loss.
